Part payment of £50 minimum is required to secure a booking. Balance is due by cheque at least 7 days prior to booking or cash balance when car arrives on booking date, payable to driver.
Wedding bookings : The total balance is due 6 weeks prior to wedding date.
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to vehicle while inside the car, Glass ware / t.v. / music system / damage to seating due to horseplay /
The party in transit must ahead to the drivers request for any behaviour that may be dangerous to all passengers or himself to all safety standards.
If these rules are not abided by any or all passengers the driver has the right to ask any or all passengers to vacate the vehicle without any refunds available.

Waiting time : The first 15 mins are free but after which the full time is chargable at a rate of £50 per hour, or pro- rata.
Drop offs : When the booking is made it  is priced with the specified drop off points listed.... Any change in this is chargeable..These vehicles run a very high fuel cost and need to be carefully planned in their routes due to their size... additional £5 - £20 may encure for additional drop offs depending  on the distance, this is at the drivers acceptance.

Cancellations : Any cancelled bookings within 48 hours of booking date is fully chargeable to the person responsible for making the booking.
